At Iconic Football Moments, every product is made on demand, specifically for you. This means we do not hold inventory, and each item is produced individually after your order is placed.
Because of this, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production begins and the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
Please make sure to review sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- You receive the wrong item
To request a replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and issue
- Include your order number
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Print & Design Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality and accuracy of all artwork and designs featured on our products.
However, slight variations in color may occur due to:
- Screen settings
- Printing processes
These are considered normal and are not classified as defects.
Shipping Responsibility
As a Print On Demand store:
- We work with third-party production partners
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers
- Lost packages must be reported, and we will assist in resolving the issue
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The product is defective
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- The wrong product was delivered
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
